This month is my curlsandmo Blogiversary. I still can’t believe it’s my TWO year Blogiversary but we’re celebrating all month-long with giveaways, no makeup and some other stuff. LOL! Check out some of the fun things I have planned to commemorate this momentous occasion.
Giveaways || This month I’m hosting several giveaways. Beauty and hair of course! Be sure to follow me on social media to get all the info. You DON’T want to miss these!
May Makeup No Buy Challenge || I haven’t done an updated makeup collection video yet but my collection is a bit ridiculous. This month I’m challenging myself not to buy ANY new makeup. The last time I did a Makeup No Buy was January. Everything was going well until I visited my uncle and he gave me like 20 Wet n Wild coupons. Then he told me Wet n Wild was on sale at Walgreens. Needless to say…I failed. THIS time my accountability partner is Ebony C. Princess of Longing4Length.com. Check her out. We’ll be “shopping” our stashes and sharing what we use each week. Join our No Buy with hashtag #MayMakeupNoBuy
BLM Blog Challenge || This month kicks off the Blog Challenge I’ve designed for my BLM Girls! If you’re a blogger or even thinking about it, check out more info here and sign up for FREE!
BWB Blog Carnival || I’ll be attending Blogging While Brown AGAIN this year and I’m really excited that I was selected to host a Blog Carnival for my fellow [Brown] Bloggers. The topic is Blog Tips. I am looking for [old] blog posts that share information and suggestions on how to improve your blog and how to blog better. This can include but is not limited to posts on SEO, google authorship, blogging as a business, monetizing your blog, blog design, etc. If you’re interested in submitting, please send your post(s) to email@example.com along with your social media names/handles.
I have met so many wonderful people and had so many amazing opportunities these past two years. Thank you SO much for supporting me and pushing me to keep doing what I love – sharing my life through hair, beauty and inspiration with you all. I’m excited to see what the next year has in store for my blog, for me and for us! Special shout out to my love, Natasha, for pushing me to go “public” even though I kept saying I wasn’t ready.
I love y’all!
